Design Fee: Starts at $25 CAD Due once your project has been accepted. This is not a deposit.
Custom Mask Set Cost: Starts at $25–$45 CAD for common scales (1/32, 1/48, 1/72) based on material type and cutting time. Includes practice masks for test-fitting and spray trials.

⏱️ Turnaround Time
Once you have completed the form and your request has been accepted, we will assign an estimated completion date, typically within 2-3 weeks. The estimated completion date is not guaranteed, but we do our best to stay on schedule.
🧩 Reference Materials & Measurements
To ensure accuracy, you’ll need to provide your own high-resolution reference materials — such as images or PDFs. We'll also need specific measurements provided in millimeters. If suitable references and measurements aren’t available, we may not be able to take on your project.

We’ll send you a quote for your approval before any work begins.
Once the quote is accepted, we’ll assign your project a completion date and collect the design fee.
When your custom design is complete, we’ll send you a direct link to purchase through our website.
After payment, your masks will be packed and shipped to you!

Our Custom Mask Request Service is not for kit-specific parts (such as canopy, window, or wheel masks that require test-fitting on a particular kit).
This form is best suited for custom designs that can be applied to a specific model type — for example, Parrothead markings for a Curtiss P-40, or markings for a personal project or commission build.
In some cases, we may ask you to ship your kit parts for test-fitting to ensure a perfect fit.
If you’re requesting canopy masks made for a specific scale model, please use our Made-to-Order service instead, which is dedicated to canopy mask requests and includes additional benefits.
