Our Shipping Policy

⭐ United States – Shipping Temporarily Disabled

Due to newly announced 50% U.S. import tariffs taking effect October 30, 2026, we've temporarily suspended orders shipping to the United States while we update our pricing and checkout arrangements.

We plan to resume shipping to the United States on November 4, with a special 30% discount designed to offset much of the new 50% tariff.

We appreciate your patience while we make these adjustments and look forward to serving our U.S. customers again soon.

🌍 European Union

Effective Jun 26, 2026, we have temporarily paused shipments to the European Union while we search for an EU retail partner.

27 Current EU Member Countries affected: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

The EU has introduced new import regulations for goods shipped from outside the EU, bringing additional customs processing, fees, and reporting requirements.

Rather than risk unexpected costs or delays for our customers, we’ve temporarily paused direct shipping to EU countries while we work on a better long-term solution.

The good news: we’re currently in talks with a couple of EU-based resellers and hope to have Kit Masx masks available for purchase within the EU early 2027!

We’ll share more details as soon as everything is finalized. We’re excited to make it easier for our European customers to get Kit Masx again!

🌏 Australia & New Zealand

Our tracked shipping service routes parcels through the Netherlands, resulting in typical delivery times of 4–6 weeks. If you prefer a faster option (usually 2–3 weeks), please select the Canada Post Air Mail option at checkout. Note that air mail does not include tracking.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $80, including 1ManArmy products.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Your country may charge duties, VAT, import fees, or other taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are your responsibility unless otherwise noted below.

❗ Please note: 1ManArmy and Return2KitForm (R2KF) products are manufactured in Belgium and Australia respectively and may incur applicable U.S. tariffs or import charges. These charges will be automatically calculated and paid at checkout for a seamless delivery.

  • Eligible for free shipping on orders of $80 or more.

  • Request out-of-stock sets by selecting the "Reserve Your Set" button and entering your email address. Items typically restock within 3–6 weeks. Once the item arrives, we'll send a back-in-stock notification to your email. Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait too long after receiving your email!

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery speed varies by destination and local postal service conditions. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.

If something happens to your order in transit, we’ll reship it free of charge.

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order to the correct address.
