Orders to the European Union
Effective Jun 26, 2026, we have temporarily paused shipments to the European Union while we evaluate new customs requirements.
The EU has introduced new import regulations for goods shipped from outside the EU. In simple terms, every shipment now requires additional customs processing, and new fees and reporting requirements may apply before your order can be delivered.
As a small family business, we want to ensure that any shipping method we offer is reliable, reasonably priced, and doesn't result in unexpected costs or delays for our customers.
Rather than risk your order becoming delayed or incurring additional fees, we've decided to pause shipments to EU countries while we work with our shipping partners to identify the best long-term solution.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we navigate these changes. We look forward to shipping to our European customers again as soon as we have a dependable option in place.
Orders to Australia
Our tracked shipping service routes parcels through the Netherlands, resulting in typical delivery times of 4–6 weeks. If you prefer a faster option (usually 2–3 weeks), please request Canada Post Airmail at checkout. Note that airmail does not include tracking.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
Your country may charge duties, VAT, import fees, or other taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are your responsibility unless otherwise noted below.
Orders to the United States
Kit Masx products qualify under CUSMA (Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement), and no tariffs are due on U.S.-bound orders containing Kit Masx products.
❗ Please note: 1ManArmy and Return2KitForm (R2KF) products are manufactured in Belgium and Australia respectively and may incur applicable U.S. tariffs or import charges. These charges will be automatically calculated and paid at checkout for a seamless delivery.

Request out-of-stock sets by selecting the "Reserve Your Set" button and entering your email address. Items typically restock within 3–6 weeks. Once the item arrives, we'll send a back-in-stock notification to your email. Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait too long after receiving your email!
