Damages and Issues

• Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If your order appears to be lost in transit, we will ship a replacement right away to resolve the issue.

  Note: If the item is a 1ManArmy or Return2KitForm (R2KF) product, we may need to restock it before a replacement can be sent. Restocking these items can take up to 8 weeks.

  If a replacement is not available within a reasonable timeframe, or if waiting for a restock is not the best solution for you, we will gladly issue a refund instead.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your 1ManArmy or R2KF product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 90 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
