No codes, no hoops, no stress — the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Here's how it works:

• 4 items → 1 FREE

• 8 items → 2 FREE

• 12 items → 3 FREE

…and so on! There's no limit to how many times you can use the offer.

This promotion is available only for orders shipping to Canada and select international destinations where checkout is currently enabled.

❗Why Is the Sale Unavailable to U.S. Customers?

On October 23, 2026, the U.S. government announced new import tariffs affecting certain Canadian products, including Kit Masx masking products. We learned of the impact on our products on October 25, just days before the new 50% tariff takes effect on October 30.

With so little advance notice, we've temporarily suspended U.S. orders while we update our pricing and checkout arrangements.

We plan to resume U.S. orders on November 4, with a 30% discount designed specifically to help offset the new tariffs.

The 50% tariff will be calculated on the discounted merchandise value and collected at checkout. This means that, for affected products, the combined merchandise price and tariff should be approximately 5% higher than our regular price, rather than 50% higher, before shipping and any other applicable charges.

Because U.S. checkout is temporarily disabled, American customers won't be able to participate in our Buy 3, Get 1 FREE promotion.

We appreciate your patience while we make these adjustments. Our goal is to keep Kit Masx products as affordable and accessible as possible for our U.S. customers.

❗ Why Is the Sale Unavailable to EU Customers?

Shipping to European Union countries remains temporarily suspended due to changes in customs and import requirements.

We're actively working on alternative shipping and distribution arrangements to bring Kit Masx products back to our EU customers. Our goal is to make our products available through one or more resellers based within the European Union, providing a more convenient and reliable way for customers to purchase our masks.

While we don't have a timeline to announce just yet, finding a workable solution for our European customers remains a priority.

Since checkout is currently unavailable for EU destinations, customers in these countries are unable to participate in this promotion.

All eligible orders placed during our shipping pause will begin shipping November 4.

Customers in Canada and other international destinations where shipping remains available can continue to browse, shop, and place orders as usual.

We'll get everything packed up and on its way once shipping resumes.

We know how it goes. You place an order, then discover another mask set you forgot to add!

If you decide to shop again before shipping resumes, you'll receive a free shipping code in your order confirmation follow-up email to use on a second order.

Forgot to use your code? No problem! We'll credit the additional shipping charge to your store account when we return.

That way, you can take your time browsing and make the most of the sale without worrying about paying for shipping twice.

This offer applies to customers in destinations where checkout and shipping are currently available.

🧮 How the Discount Is Calculated

The system automatically discounts the lowest-priced item in each qualifying group of four to $0.

A few examples:

• Four items priced the same → one becomes free.

• Three $12 items and one $10 item → the $10 item becomes free.

• Seven items in your cart? You might as well add an eighth and get another one free!

❗ Important: The discount won't appear in your cart until you've added at least 4 products. Once you have four or more items, the discount will apply automatically — no code needed!

📅 When Does the Sale End?

Our Buy 3, Get 1 FREE promotion ends November 2 at 11:59 PM PST.

Shipping resumes November 4, so there's plenty of time for eligible customers to browse our collections and take advantage of the offer before we start packing orders again.
