I ordered my set in vinyl seeing as theyโre more robust and if you donโt get the mask the way you want the first go,itโs simple to reposition them. Couldnโt be more happy with not just the masks but the service is really first rate. You couldnโt ask for moreโฆ

I just used this set an hour ago and the fit is perfect. I have used a number of the Kitmask products and have always found them to be great.
One caution though.. if you use them too far in advance, corners can start lifting so apply just before use.

Kitmasx makes a great product. The set for the TBF Avenger is well measured and covers all the clear parts. I especially like when they show when to use masking fluid on larger pieces in conjunction with the Kitmasx masks. I highly recommend Kitmasx products!

You wouldnโt think it, but the RAAF Roundel can be a complicated beast, especially the high vis options - 3 parts, specific angles for the kangaroo and the rules of positioning depending on the placement location can be a recipe for failure! BUT for those game enough to attempt to airbrush out flying roo, these masks are forgiving enough to allow frequent repositioning and handling. They are accurate to scale and look great when completed. Highly recommendโฆ.

I have used a number of different brands and types of canopy masks over the years and can say that I believe that Kitmasx is the best so far. The use of Tamiya masking tape leaves a paint bleed free build. It is essential that you clean and prepare the clear canopy parts no matter what type of canopy mask you use, to ensure a professional finish. Kitmasx has been the best result I have seen.

I had been avoiding biulding a 1/72 Zero because of the complex camopy masking. The Tamiya tape masks fit perfectly and went on (and came off) with no trouble and the canopy panel lines were perfectly clean. I would totally buy these again! (Actually I did - for the Tamiya 1/72 Zero)

Unfortunately due to family marriages and on going renovation work on our house i haven't had a chance to use my kit masks. I can only comment on the customer service which is 2nd to none. The packaging and delivery time is excellent. Would definitely recommend this family run company. Andy pask

I recently purchased the Italeri Dornier Do 217 set for their re-released kit and could be happier with the servive and speed I received my order. I have yet to use the set but its apparent this is a quality product. I very greatful KIT MASX making the masks that other manufactures pass by. I will be purchasing more masks fir future projects.

Iโm finding the mask so easy and convenient that I donโt want to mask
my builds by another process. Huge time saver. Nice sharp lines. I started building 1/48 scale WWII aircraft during cancer treatments as a means of keeping my focus on something other than chemotherapy. My first was a B-25 Mitchell. All masking was hand cut.

Being able to paint in place of decals is so much better! Having the control to fade or chip, and no decal edges!!! Game changer!!!

The masks fit perfectly over the transparent parts; I had to reposition a couple of them and was able to do so without any issuesโthe adhesive held up through two or three repositionings. I bought the Kabuki-style ones (yellow).
