"Berlin Express" P-51B Mustang Markings

This set includes paint masks to replicate Bill Overstreet's P-51B Mustang "Berlin Express" main markings in 1/48 scale. Transfer tape is also included.

Bill Overstreet was famous for skillfully flying his P-51B under the arches of the Eiffel Tower in hot pursuit of a German Bf-109 Messerschmitt in 1944.

PLEASE NOTE: You will still need the small airframe stencils and codes from the decal sheet due to the delicacy and size of some components that do not cut optimally in both vinyl and Tamiya tape.

MATERIAL: This painting mask set is available in your choice of easy-to-apply Oramask 810 flexible vinyl or hybrid (a mix of genuine Tamiya tape and vinyl). A hybrid set is necessary due to the delicacy and size of some components that do not cut optimally in Tamiya Tape and must therefore be provided in vinyl. Refer to the product image for clarity on what components are provided in Tamiya tape and vinyl in this hybrid set.
