This paint mask set is designed for the Mach 2 Bloch MB.131 in 1/72 scale and includes masks for the outer canopies.

Important Note:
The clear canopy parts of this kit are poorly molded and lack symmetry. To achieve the best results, we highly recommend sanding and polishing the canopy pieces to refine their shape before applying the masks. Reference photos will also be helpful for accurate mask placement.

If you choose not to sand and polish the canopy, please note that the masks may not align perfectly with the molded "framing." For optimal results, proper preparation is key.

Application Tips and Additional Information

➡️ Masking fluid is required in conjunction with the masks for compound curves. All areas requiring masking fluid are highlighted in blue in the product image.

This paint mask set is available in your choice of easy-to-apply Oramask 810 flexible vinyl or genuine Tamiya tape.

What's better - vinyl or Tamiya tape? Both work great! Choose vinyl if you plan to use your masks right away and Tamiya tape if you're tackling your project later on. Check out our FAQ for more info!
