Product Details: Everything You Need to Know

This set includes paint masks for the outer canopies of the 1/72 Bloch MB.131 by MACH 2.

For Best Results: We recommend lightly sanding and polishing the canopy before applying the masks. The clear parts in this kit can be uneven, and a little cleanup will help improve both mask fit and the final appearance. Reference photos may be helpful during placement. If the canopy is used as molded, some masks may not align perfectly with the framing.

👉 Coverage: one plane.

🌟 Choose Your Material 🌟

This paint mask set is available in your choice of easy-to-apply Oramask 810 flexible vinyl or genuine Tamiya tape.

What's better - vinyl or Tamiya tape? Both work great! Choose vinyl if you plan to use your masks right away and Tamiya tape if you're tackling your project later on. Check out our FAQ for more info!

MACH2 clear parts are notoriously bad- and not the only problems! This set, with good shapes and all those radiused corners, is indispensable. I will be following the above advice. So glad to have it. (Some good references, if you can find them, include Air Magazine No.30 Fev/Mars 2006, Aero Journal No.7 Dec 2008/Jan 2009, and Avions No.2&3 Avril&Mai 1993)
