This set is available in your choice of easy-to-apply Oramask 810 flexible vinyl or genuine Tamiya tape.
The set includes outer canopy masks for the Revell B-17 in 1/72 scale that was first tooled in 1962.
Due to the poor mould quality of the clear parts, some sanding and polishing of the clear parts may be required. Be sure to clean the clear parts thoroughly as there is quite a bit of release agent on these parts, causing adhesion issues. Dipping the clear parts in a floor finish like "Quick Shine" will assist in the adhesion of the masks.
*These masks will not fit the newer kit made in 2010. Before buying this set, we recommend checking Scalemates to verify your kit boxing.
*Masking fluid is required in conjunction with the masks for compound curves highlighted in blue in the product image.
