We’re out of town for the next little while, which means Kit Masx order fulfillment is temporarily paused — but our website is still open for orders!

All orders placed while we’re away will begin shipping September 30.

We know waiting a little longer for your order isn’t ideal, so as a thank-you for your patience, we’re taking 15% OFF everything in stock through midnight PST on September 28!

No code needed — the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

📦 When will my order ship?

Shipping resumes September 30.

We’ll begin packing orders as soon as we’re back and will work through them in the order they were received. Depending on the volume of orders waiting for us, it may take us a few days to get completely caught up.

We really appreciate your patience — and hopefully the 15% savings makes the wait a little easier!

With 700+ mask sets on the Kit Masx website, sometimes finding the exact one you need can be half the battle.

From the SHOP menu, select the type of masks you’re looking for — Canopy Masx, Main Marking Masx, Return2KitForm, 1ManArmy and more — then browse by scale or view the full collection.

Or use the search feature 🔎 in the top-right corner of the website. Try searching by:

• Kit number
• Aircraft or subject name
• Product/item number
• Manufacturer
• Another commonly used identifier

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, send us a message through our contact form. We’ll still be checking messages while we’re away, although responses may take us a little longer than usual.

A quick note for international customers

Duties and import fees may be charged on delivery for orders shipping outside Canada and the U.S.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations for imports from Canada before ordering, as fees can vary considerably from one country to another.

We’re continuing to work on getting Kit Masx products into more hobby shops around the world, particularly in Europe, to make ordering locally easier and more affordable.

For U.S. customers

Any applicable duties or tariffs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll see them before payment and won’t be surprised by additional charges on delivery.
