Product Details: Everything You Need to Know

This set includes paint masks to replicate the U.S. WWII national fuselage and wing insignia in your choice of three scales: 1/72, 1/48, and 1/32. This insignia was typically used on U.S. aircraft during WWII between May 1942 and June 1943.

Each set includes a total of 20 insignia paint masks for mid-war U.S. aircraft, including 5 sizes, 4 of each size.

• 1/72: 35" (12.3 mm), 40" (14.1 mm), 45" (15.9 mm), 50" (17.6 mm), 55" (19.4 mm)
• 1/48: 35" (18.5 mm), 40" (21.2 mm), 45" (23.8 mm), 50" (26.5 mm), 55" (29.1 mm)
• 1/32: 35" (28.8 mm), 40" (31.8 mm), 45" (35.7 mm), 50" (39.7 mm), 55" (43.7 mm)

Transfer tape helps accurately transfer and position masks or decals onto the model's surface, maintaining alignment and design integrity while protecting the mask adhesive. This paint mask set is available in your choice of easy-to-apply Oramask 810 flexible vinyl or genuine Tamiya tape.

What's better - vinyl or Tamiya tape? Both work great! Choose vinyl if you plan to use your masks right away and Tamiya tape if you're tackling your project later on. Check out our FAQ for more info!
